We strive to create the most accurate representation of all our products, but we understand sometimes items are not exactly what people expected, or items do not fit everyone like expected. If this is to happen, you can find our return policy below and specific instructions in case you need to make a return.
Return Policy: We do not issue refunds on items; STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Any goodies you purchase must be returned within 14 days of purchase and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a store gift card. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags, including any Southern Gyp Boutique tags. All clothing is subject to a thorough inspection before your refund is approved.
SALE items are all FINAL sales.
Buyer pays return shipping on all returns.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit so you can shop for something else that you will love. We will email you letting you know that your return has been received, and the store credit that will be issued. Your store credit can be used in stores, or online.
***When returning shoes, please make sure shoes are back in the original box. We cannot issue a refund if the shoes are not sent back in the box they came in.
If you paid via Sezzle, your return will be the amount less the 6% to reflect the service charge we paid Sezzle for the order. You will be issued a store credit from our store. You are still responsible to complete your payments with Sezzle.
